Cubed Steak w/ Onions & Mushrooms

Directions:
STEP 1: Prepare the Steaks:
- Season cube steaks with salt and pepper.
- Dip each steak in beaten eggs, then coat with bread crumbs.
- Heat a skillet with oil and cook steaks for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
STEP 2: Make the Gravy:
- In the same skillet, add butter, onions, and mushrooms. Sauté until soft.
- Sprinkle in flour, stir, and cook for a minute.
- Slowly add beef broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Let simmer until thickened.
STEP 3:
Cook the Egg Noodles:
- Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
STEP 4: Combine & Serve:
- Add the steaks back into the gravy and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles and enjoy!
