🍜 Easy Homemade Ramen with Bouillon Seasoning
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 4 teaspoons All-Purpose Chicken Bouillon Seasoning Mix
- 2 packs instant ramen noodles (discard the included seasoning packets)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil (optional)
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger or ¼ teaspoon ground ginger (optional for extra depth)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Soft-boiled egg, spinach, or cooked chicken (optional toppings)
Instructions:

Make the broth
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 4 teaspoons of your seasoning mix, soy sauce, and sesame oil (if using). Stir well to dissolve.

Cook the noodles
Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually 3–4 minutes, until tender.

Add extras
Optional: Add fresh spinach, shredded carrots, or cooked chicken during the last minute of cooking.

Serve
Ladle into bowls. Top with sliced green onions and a soft-boiled egg if desired.
