Veggie Ramen Seasoning Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium
vegetable bouillon powder (or 2 crumbled veggie bouillon cubes)
- 1 tablespoon
nutritional yeast (for umami)
- 1 teaspoon
garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon
onion powder
- 1 teaspoon
dried ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon
ground white or black pepper
- 1 teaspoon
sugar (optional, helps balance saltiness)
- ½ teaspoon
sea salt (adjust to taste if bouillon is salty)
- 1 teaspoon
dried parsley or chives (optional for color)
- ½ teaspoon
crushed red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
To Use:
- For one serving of ramen:
Add 1 tablespoon of this mix to 2 cups boiling water, stir to dissolve, and add your noodles and veggies of choice.
